Two terraces give our guests the opportunity to relax in many ways – in front of the house there is a romantic terrace in the shade of a centuries-old mulberry tree, on the back of the house is a beautiful covered terrace with a large grill. There is also a table tennis for sporting activities.

Here you can enjoy pure culture and history in a relaxed Italian atmosphere! The wonderful, ancient monastery “La Verna”, where St. Francis of Assisi lived, is also only about 20 km away.

There is a shopping center just 4 km away at Bibbiena. At 9 km, in Poppi, there is a golf course, a beautiful tennis facility and a language school where you can learn Italian in a family atmosphere. Of course, you can also find all other offers such as supermarkets, restaurants and bars here. The Villa Panareta is located in the Casentino – easily accessibile, about 4 km from the nearest village Stia, where you will find all the shops, restaurants, bars, weekly market. Other shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, and much more. can be found in Poppi or Bibbiena (shopping center COOP). A golf course and tennis courts are in Poppi (10 km). The beautiful city of Florence, which is worth visiting: is approx. 50 km away. Moreover the not to be missed, less known Arezzo: is approx. 35 km away.

To the very nice and kind owners, the holiday guests can buy on request many delicious honeys from own production. In addition, the vegetable garden next to the villa is available to their holiday guests for free supplying at any time and it can be harvested, according to need and season, many vegetables for creating delicious Italian dishes easily.

The nice cottage Lucia has been recently restored by the owners according to the ancient model. They have respected the beautiful, Tuscan character and restored maintaining the typical structure such as walls made of natural stone, cotto and parquet floors.

It consists of a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and sofa, a separate kitchen with a modern fully equipped kitchenette (sink, 4-burner stove and oven), pellet stove and a storage room with refrigerator next to the kitchen on the ground floor.

On the first floor, which leads to a rustic staircase, there is the cozy bedroom, a nice shower room and an open living room with another fireplace. From here you can also get into the garden.

To the absolutely perfect equipment of this wonderful holiday home also belongs a WLAN (free!) and 2 Mountainbikes, which are made available to the holiday guests gladly on request.

The panorama gives a view on the valley and the monastery La Verna. It is an ideal environment for rest, relaxation and long walks, mountain biking and hiking. In the village, not far from Bibbiena and Poppi – in the heart of Tuscany – there is a bar, a good restaurant and a small shop where you can buy the essentials. Bibbiena, with  large supermarkets and cute boutiques with elegant fashion, is just 8 km away. Florence is about 55 km, Arezzo 35 km and the beautiful, ancient monastery “La Verna”, where St. Francis of Assisi lived, about 20 km away.
