TUSCANY – This beautiful country property  with pool in absolute privacy near Poppi, has two very tastefully decorated Tuscan cottages: the spacious holiday house Adriana for 4-6 people and the cozy cottage Debora for 2-4 people.

The cottages are located on their own fenced land in a hilly location surrounded by pure nature, nestled in a Mediterranean forest and overlooking the valley and the monastery of La Verna. The pool (7.30 m x 3.60 m, 1.30 m deep) is available to holiday guests from early May to mid-October. The green and quiet environment gives our holiday-makers the opportunity to relax from everyday stress and take many walks or hikes in the area.

The entire property has recently been completely renovated by the landlords, who have taken great care to preserve the typical Tuscan structures of the two cottages. In all the holiday homes on this property in Tuscany, modern and antique features have been lovingly combined.

The cottages on the property “Le Rocche” are equipped with pool ( for common use), with Wi-Fi (free!), Satellite TV and sitting area, newly renovated shower rooms and fully equipped kitchens and have private terraces with barbecue, garden table and chairs. In the holiday homes Adriana and Debora there is also a romantic fireplace. A washing machine is available for both houses for common use.
